Protected Speech Policy
The University shall remain neutral on all matters of protected speech exercised by University students, faculty or staff. The University endorses and encourages intellectual diversity within the institution and prohibits discrimination on the basis of an individual鈥檚 political or social viewpoint. This policy does not affect the ability of the University administration or Board of Regents to discuss or promote ideas in furtherance of a University interest.
